We are pleased to announce the latest Avantgarde Music signing: it is with great pleasure that we welcome Icelandic black metallers Nexion to the family.
The five-piece from Reykjavík had only previously released a self-titled EP in 2017, which made waves in black metal circles. But when Mr. Stephen “Wann” Lockhart himself contacted us and told us we needed to check out Nexion‘s newest endeavour, they had our full attention.
When the mastermind behind the infamous Studio Emissary, who helped forge albums by Svartidauði, Sinmara, and basically half of the Icelandic scene, tells you he has something special to check out, you cannot help but listen. And we fell in love with what we heard from Nexion.
